Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui seeks a Lead Spa Therapist to provide the highest level of massage services and lead the therapist team within the A&G Division. The role requires US work authorization at application time.

You will adhere to protocol guidelines, educate guests on products, and train new therapists while expanding service lines. A minimum of 3 years in a luxury hotel spa and Hawaii licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment. Prior experience as a Lead therapist or Trainer preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language; other language is a plus.
• Must be able to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Must be able to participate in all training offered by the spa.
• Must listen to and understand guest needs, respect privacy and create an exceptional, customized experience.
• Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner.

Lead Spa Therapist

Provides the highest level of massage services to our guests and supervisors therapist team. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
