Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Maui seeks a Lead Spa Therapist to provide the highest level of massage services and supervise the therapist team. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

You will adhere to protocol guidelines, educate guests on products and services, and organize ongoing training for new spa protocols and product lines. This role requires strong guest focus and professional service.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel spa environment.
• Experience as Lead therapist or trainer is preferred.
• English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Lead Spa Therapist

Provides the highest level of massage services to our guests and supervisors therapist team. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Adhere to the protocol guidelines for all massage and body treatments.
• Educate and sell products and upgraded services to guests.
• Practical interview and training of all new therapists; Organize on-going training for the new protocols and product lines.

What You Will Bring

• 3 years’ experience within a luxury hotel environment. Prior experience as a Lead therapist or Trainer preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language other language is a plus.
• Must have the ability to perform deep tissue/sport massage, Swedish massage and Lomi-Lomi massage.
• Must be able to participate to all training offered by the spa.
• Must have the ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests.
• Hawaii Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner.
