Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, invites applications for a Part-Time Lead Massage Therapist / DEM at Esplanade at The Heights in Bradenton, FL. The role involves hands-on massage duties and managing spa operations and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising 1099 therapists, ensuring required signage, maintaining records, and delivering Swedish, hot stone, and deep-tissue therapies while guiding clients on home care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license is required.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• CEU in Human Trafficking as required by state law.
• Experience in a hotel/resort spa and/or country club environment preferred.
• 3+ years of professional massage therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all required posters/signs are posted as required by law.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Consult with clients to assess pain or discomfort and update medical histories as needed.
• Perform Swedish, hot stone, cranial, deep-tissue, and sports massage techniques.
• Communicate with clients during massage to adjust pressure.
• Provide a relaxing environment and guidance for at-home care.
• Maintain detailed treatment records.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
