Troon at Esplanade at The Heights in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Part-Time Lead Massage Therapist / DEM to ensure spa compliance, perform Swedish to deep-tissue massages, and lead visiting therapists. The role requires licensure, CPR/AED, and ongoing training within a hospitality-driven environment.

The position emphasizes client comfort, documentation, and collaboration with hotel/resort staff to maintain high service standards. Experience in resort spa settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• CEU in Human Trafficking as required by state law
• 3+ years of professional massage experience
• Hotel/Resort spa or country club experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure posters and required signs are displayed per state law.
• Maintain a clean, organized spa facility.
• Consult with clients to assess expectations and medical history as needed.
• Perform massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) with appropriate pressure.
• Maintain client records accurately and confidentially.
• Attend meetings and training sessions; perform other duties as assigned.
