Qualifications

• Active Florida license as massage therapist required.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• CEU in Human Trafficking as mandated by state law.
• Experience in hotel/resort spa and/or country club preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional massage experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spa compliance with Florida Board regulations.
• Perform Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone and other modalities.
• Maintain clean, organized spa facility and records.
• Consult with clients, assess pain, and document medical histories.
• Educate clients on at-home care and stretch/strength routines.
• Attend meetings and training sessions; participate in 1099 therapist supervision.
