Qualifications

• Active Florida license as massage therapist.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• CEU in Human Trafficking as required by state law.
• Experience in hotel/resort spa and/or country club environment preferred.
• 3+ years of professional massage experience.

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to assess pain or discomfort and update medical histories as necessary.
• Performs Swedish, deep‑tissue, hot stone, cranial, and sports massage as requested.
• Communicates with clients during massage to adjust pressure and technique.
• Maintains detailed and accurate treatment records for clients.
• Attends meetings and training sessions and performs related duties as assigned.
• Ensure state law posters and signs are posted in the facility.
• Keep the spa area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
