Overview

Be a part of the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, Conrad Los Angeles. Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, this hotel features over 300 rooms, a world-class spa, rooftop pool, event spaces, and dining experiences, including San Laurel in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning group.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist guests with massage services, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
• Lead and support massage staff, focusing on guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, and profitability.
• Coordinate training and oversee product knowledge and department protocols.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance feedback for team members.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support sales and marketing efforts, including on-site product training and scheduling maximization.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of massage therapy experience, preferably in resort spa settings.
• Preferred certifications in Shiatsu and Thai massage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Availability to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Attributes

• State and local massage therapy certification.
• Ability to perform body treatments and maintain treatment rooms.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
