Snowbird is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily desk operations at the Cliff Spa, overseeing a team and ensuring outstanding guest service. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining spa standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of management or reception experience, strong communication, and proficiency with spa software and office tools; availability across varied shifts is essential.

Formación

• 1-2 years management or receptionist experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitasking is a must.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn Book4Time, Square and Microsoft Office suite.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 employees and coach staff.
• Check guests in and out in a professional, friendly manner.
• Book spa reservations for treatments, facilities and classes.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints.
• Uphold Snowbird’s standards for professionalism and guest interaction.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize spa operations.
