Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Lead, SOX Program Strategy & Audit Excellence for ITGC/ITAC within the SRCO.

You will be the primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization, driving coverage, quality, and strategic improvements across IT General Controls and automated controls. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tech leaders to shape a scalable control environment, harness AI-first risk thinking, and ensure regulatory readiness with strong communication and governance.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience in Big 4 public accounting, risk consulting and/or SOX with IT focus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS or related; professional certifications preferred.
CISA, CISSP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or above; CPA or CIA preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization and oversee the IT SOX program across ITGCs, access controls, change management and automated controls.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and assess changes, new systems and processes for SOX impact with actionable recommendations.
Lead ITGC and automated control walkthroughs with auditors; document process flows, risk linkage and control design rationale.
Manage the deficiency evaluation process including root cause analysis, impact, action plans and remediation tracking to closure.
Review co-sourced SOX workpapers for quality; assist in preparing materials for senior leadership, Audit & Risk Committee and Disclosure Committee.
