Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Lead SOX Risk Advisor within the SRCO to drive SOX readiness projects, advise control owners, and strengthen the control environment. You will coordinate with Accounting, Finance, TCRM, and business leaders to ensure financial reporting integrity as the company scales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA required.
• Onsite work in Atlanta, GA three days a week.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting risk, internal controls, and PCAOB requirements.
• Experience with SOX readiness, risk assessment, and control design.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams with high quality and urgency.
• Experience using AI tools for compliance/audit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise control and process owners on SOX requirements, risk assessment, control design, and optimization strategies.
• Lead readiness intake and assessment for new initiatives to identify SOX implications.
• Develop, drive, and execute detailed project plans to ensure timely SOX readiness with effective controls.
• Identify financial statement risks and potential controls in processes and systems.
• Draft risk and control matrices (RCMs) for systems, tools, and service providers.
• Design and execute testing to validate control evidence and scope.
