Job summary

Your responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, training staff, and coordinating with the Executive Chef to meet production deadlines. Previous chef and leadership experience is required, with a full-time schedule and immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train hourly staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintains sanitation of workstation, equipment, and utensils; ensures proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to address questions and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Manages inventory, tracks production, waste, and orders supplies as needed.
