Adver.info in South Jersey is seeking a Sous Chef/Lead Chef to join our culinary team. You will work daily with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus, craft daily specials, and drive kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in high-volume kitchens and a strong grasp of menu development and food costing are essential. The right candidate leads with pride, mentors the team, and brings fresh ideas while maintaining quality and consistency across the station, including fish

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Understanding of menu development and food costing.
• Knowledge of ordering, inventory and kitchen operations.
• Experience with fish and meat butchery.
• Strong knowledge of soups, stocks and sauces.
• Ability to lead, motivate and work alongside a kitchen team.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute new ideas.
• Pastry experience is a plus.
