Ideal candidates bring culinary credentials, 2+ years supervisory experience, and 3+ years total kitchen experience, with a passion for teamwork and member experience in a private club setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a culinary team in a high-volume, upscale setting.
• Strong grasp of food cost control, prep systems, and timing.
• Commitment to sanitation, safety, and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chefs.
• Supervise, train, and develop culinary staff for performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution.
• Plan menus for à la carte dining, events, and functions.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and daily live cost tracking.
• Expedite during peak service and maintain high standards.
• Uphold sanitation and organization; assist with staffing and scheduling.
• Work across stations as needed in a hands-on leadership role.
