Responsibilities include cooking to approved recipes, supervising hourly staff, maintaining sanitation, managing inventory, and addressing customer questions. Schedule varies: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Cook experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries and informs supervisor when supplies are low.
