Qualifications

• 2–3 years chef experience, preferably in Italian or pizza-focused restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Parla's standards for all team members.
• Writes prep lists, checks, and audits methods of preparation and may work the line when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and sanitation requirements.
• Supervise the preparation of all kitchen items.
• Keep stations clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Provide feedback and guidance focusing on support and hospitality.
• Oversee and enforce company systems and policies.
• Order products and manage inventory to ensure freshness.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
