Job summary

1 Hotel Austin, L.L.C. is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef to join our fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen.

You will lead a motivated team, assist in all manner of food preparation, supervise line staff, manage inventory and drive daily operational excellence. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of similar kitchen/chef experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.

• Ability to work in a 24-hour operation.
