Palmas Restaurant Group is seeking a Sous Chef to lead daily culinary activities at our Disney-area properties, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. The role requires coaching a culinary team, menu execution, and effective collaboration with vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The Sous Chef will uphold HACCP standards, manage budgets, and drive performance in our high-volume, upscale dining settings with exclusive Disney perks and a vibrant team culture.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of culinary experience.
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in kitchen.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Manager Food Safety certificate (ServSafe, FSP or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily culinary functions and manage the kitchen team.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop menus and maintain food cost controls.
• Coach and train culinary staff and coordinate with vendors.
