Qualifications

• Four years of culinary, leadership, and high-volume production experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods.
• Coordinate activities of cooks and food-service staff.
• Ensure deadlines are met based on production orders.
• Supervise hourly associates, including interviews, scheduling and training.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling per safety standards.
• Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Explain daily menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, and waste; inform supervisor of shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
