Job summary

Oswego Grill in the Portland metro area is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our high-volume kitchen in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. You will oversee food preparation, maintain quality standards, and help control costs while coordinating with FOH and BOH teams.

We require at least 2 years of sous chef or culinary leadership experience, and a Food Handler Certification. This full-time, in-person role offers growth opportunities within Crossroads Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sous chef or culinary leadership experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations.
• Strong communication between front of house and back of house.
