Qualifications

• Previous cooking and supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews.
• Stores food according to safety procedures and maintains sanitation of equipment and area.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and displays during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and relay information to supervisor.
• Knows daily menu items and explains them to staff and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours.
• Checks inventory and deliveries, tracks production and waste, informs supervisor when stock is low.
