Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Bloomington location. You will assist the Executive Chef, prepare and cook foods, and supervise cooks and food-service staff. The role requires leadership and strong time-management skills to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Location: Novo Nordisk in Bloomington, IN; schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with variability. Apply promptly as online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Stores food following safety procedures and maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Ensures proper handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
