Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and overseeing daily food production.
• Supervise cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen staff; provide training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards; monitor FIFO and temperature checks.
• Assist with menu development, inventory, and cost control; participate in event planning.
