Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Support daily kitchen operations and lead the team in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
Assist with menu execution and contribute to seasonal and creative development.
Oversee organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives.
Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to maintain a professional, disciplined, and positive work environment.
Ensure smooth communication between culinary and service teams.
