White Lodging is seeking a skilled culinary leader at 8Eleven Modern Bistro on Purdue's campus to run daily food prep, mentor a diverse team, and uphold top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.

You will partner with front-of-house to ensure exceptional guest experiences, design menus, manage costs, and foster growth. An associate degree in culinary arts or business administration is preferred.
