Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead the line during service.
• Current ServSafe Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and direct kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth execution.
• Mentor and develop line cooks to build a strong team.
• Maintain quality control and uphold company standards.
• Manage inventory and kitchen systems to optimize efficiency.
