Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef in San Francisco to lead culinary operations within our café. The role oversees food quality, drives the culinary process, and mentors a high-performing kitchen team while managing daily administrative tasks and budget monitoring.

You will collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine, champion food safety, sustainability, and exceptional hospitality, and partner with stakeholders to deliver outstanding guest experiences across the café.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience.
• Strong safety leadership in food and workplace safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Google Suite and general software.
• Passion for sustainability and hospitality.
