Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience or comparable culinary leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to champion and improve Food and Workplace Safety culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to guide and inspire a team.
• Proficient with computer tools, including Google Suite.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Experience managing in a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
