Windsor Hospitality is seeking a passionate and motivated Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Luis Obispo. In this role, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop culinary talent, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Culinary management experience leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities for food and labor.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and develop culinary talent.
• Oversee menu development and ensure quality across all outlets.
• Manage breakfast and dinner service to standard and supervise banquet production.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, maintaining schedules and payroll records as needed.
• Ensure health code compliance and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
