Qualifications

• Certified sommelier designation or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a sommelier in a fine dining setting.
• Deep knowledge of international and local wine regions and varietals.
• Strong sensory evaluation and palate sophistication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the restaurant's wine list emphasizing quality and profitability.
• Source wines from diverse suppliers; negotiate pricing and vendor relations.
• Manage cellar inventory, rotation, and regular audits.
