Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting is seeking a polished Sommelier to elevate the beverage program across a dual-concept restaurant. The role focuses on wine pairings, guest engagement, and beverage execution, collaborating with culinary and service teams to deliver a refined dining experience.

You will lead wine selections, guide guests through curated wine lists, manage inventory and training, and uphold service standards during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Wine knowledge and beverage service experience.
• Experience in fine dining or tasting menu environments.
• CMS, WSET, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with service standards and POS systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
