Job summary

Webflow is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire customers and showcase the possibilities of the Webflow platform. This remote-first role requires working closely with customers to design and deliver innovative solutions that unlock business value. You will have the opportunity to influence product direction and travel up to 25% for in-person onboarding in San Francisco.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Solutions Engineering experience, strong storytelling abilities, and a solid understanding of APIs and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally.
• Know how to drive a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring solutions meet key objectives.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and business case development.
