Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Lead Consultant at senior engineering or architecture level in Plano, TX. You will lead customer engagements, defining implementation vision and goals for AI adoption, and guide engineers and stakeholders across projects.

The role requires a hands-on technical background in AI solutions (GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks) and prior experience in client-facing consulting roles. This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 1+ year in a consulting, solutions delivery, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on technical skills delivering AI solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI integrations.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

We are looking for a Lead Consultant at the senior engineering or architecture level. In this position you would be leading customer engagements and defining implementation vision & goals for customer AI adoption and projects. This will involve creating delivery strategy, working with internal engineering & customer stakeholders, guiding engineers, and helping implement solutions.

This position requires a hands‑on technical background in AI solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI integrations, AI development, and more as well as prior experience in direct customer‑facing positions (ideally consulting).

This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX
