I'm partnering with a rapidly growing, Dallas-based AI consulting firm that is expanding its technical delivery team. They work with enterprise clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, design intelligent systems, and implement production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business results.
We're hiring across multiple levels, from Technical Consultants to AI Architects, and are particularly interested in individuals who combine strong software engineering skills, hands-on AI experience, and a consulting mindset.
These are not pure strategy or advisory positions. We're looking for people who can work directly with clients, understand complex business problems, and build the AI solutions that solve them.
You'll have the opportunity to work across industries, including financial services, logistics, construction, and other enterprise environments, delivering solutions that go well beyond AI demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients.
- Build applications leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Develop production-quality applications using Python, APIs, and modern cloud technologies.
- Architect AI systems that integrate with enterprise data platforms, applications, and business workflows.
- Evaluate models, frameworks, and infrastructure based on accuracy, scalability, performance, cost, and security.
- Implement AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical requirements and working solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver complex AI initiatives.
- Depending on experience, lead technical workstreams, mentor engineers, and establish architecture and engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
Technical Experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, preferably with Python.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, or agentic AI.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, software architecture, and production deployment.
- Ability to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Consulting & Professional Services Experience
- Background in technology consulting, professional services, digital transformation, or client-facing software engineering is strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering technical solutions for external clients.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, recommend solutions, and take ownership of delivery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical presentation skills.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Real AI Engineering: Work on enterprise AI solutions that move beyond demos into production.
- Technical Growth: Gain exposure to LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI engineering practices.
- Client Exposure: Work directly with enterprise organizations to solve complex business challenges.
- Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow from individual contributor roles into technical leadership and architecture.
- Variety: Work across multiple industries, technologies, and client environments.
- Growing Organization: Join an expanding AI consulting practice with opportunities to influence technical delivery and engineering standards.
