Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Lead Consultant at senior engineering or architecture level in Plano, TX. You will lead customer engagements, defining implementation vision and goals for AI adoption, and guide engineers and stakeholders across projects.

The role requires a hands-on technical background in AI solutions (GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks) and prior experience in client-facing consulting roles. This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 1+ year in a consulting, solutions delivery, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on technical skills delivering AI solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and define implementation vision and goals for AI adoption.
• Create delivery strategy and guide engineers and stakeholders.
• Balance hands-on work with management duties and client relationship activities.
