Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Solution Consultant (Case Strategy - Temporary) to lead project teams using advanced search and analysis tools. You will scope, design, and implement technical and process solutions, mentor teammates, and manage risk while coordinating with clients on deployment of Lighthouse Case Strategy AI offerings such as IQ Answers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rapid learning of new technologies, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent years of experience in research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, TAR, ESI, content management or linguistic analysis.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Case Strategy project teams for standard projects.
• Masters Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality.
• Develop ownership of Lead-level tasks: scoping, technical and process solutions, client communications, resource management, execution strategy, project communications, leadership and mentorship, risk identification.
• AI Client Enablement: assists clients with deployment of Lighthouse Case Strategy AI offerings and provides training and support.
