We seek a veteran Solution Architect with 10+ years in FSM, cloud and integration expertise, and strong client collaboration. Remote work is allowed with light travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FSM implementation experience in utilities/energy
• Proven FSM project leadership and architecture responsibilities
• Experience integrating FSM with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI/Data Warehouse
• Proficient in web technologies and cloud platforms
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations and Agile/hybrid delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end FSM solutions for utilities/energy clients
• Create detailed architectural blueprints and data flows
• Mentor and build a high-performing FSM team
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into architectural plans
• Ensure scalable, secure, and standards-aligned solutions
• Oversee project delivery and risk management
