Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Solution Architect to drive enterprise cloud and AI deployments for InSight DXP. You’ll bridge solution design and production, tuning extraction models, building automated pipelines, and benchmarking NFRs across multi-cloud environments.

Lead end‑to‑end architecture, coach customer developers, run PoCs with pre‑sales teams, and help define the roadmap with R&D to evolve the platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering for enterprise cloud platforms.
• Hands-on scripting in Python, Bash, SQL and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with GCP or Azure, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and serverless patterns.
• AI/IDP, document processing, and model fine-tuning familiarity a plus.
• Startup-growth mindset with action bias and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and hands-on implementation of enterprise use cases for scalable, secure platforms.
• Build automated ingestion data pipelines, API connections, and IDP workflows at scale.
• Tune ML models, HITL validation, and benchmark non-functional requirements.
