We are looking for a Lead Solar Installer with Electrical Experience to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position: when solar installations are not scheduled, you will work as an electrician with our electrical team. If you're an experienced, hardworking professional looking for long-term stability and growth in a company that values quality work, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of residential and commercial solar PV systems from start to finish.
• Work hands-on with a crew to complete solar panel mounting, racking, wiring, and system commissioning.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on existing solar systems as needed.
• Ensure installations are code-compliant and meet company standards for quality and safety.
• When not installing solar, perform electrical work in the field, including service upgrades, panel replacements, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor junior team members on proper installation and safety techniques.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites and ensure proper documentation of installations.

Qualifications:


Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in solar installation and electrical work.
OSHA 40 & SST Certification required.
Fall Prevention Certification required.
Clean and professional appearance (we represent a five-star company).
Valid drivers license (clean record required).
Must be 25 or older (insurance requirement for company drivers).
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityno excuses.
