The role emphasizes technical leadership, readiness for construction, and effective communication of complex interconnection requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license is required for this Lead position.
• Experience leading engineering execution for utility-scale Solar, BESS, Solar-plus-BESS projects.
• Strong technical communication translating interconnection requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a technical execution plan with deliverables and owners.
• Provide direction to EPCs, engineers of record, OEMs and consultants on deliverables and timelines.
• Lead project-side coordination of transmission interconnection reviews and milestone prep.
