Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and candidates must meet one of six criteria listed.
• Strong supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and supervise a team to meet quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Ability to think creatively and develop timely solutions.
• If working in coater area, knowledge of vacuum systems and laser operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production of Photovoltaic modules in a cost-efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and identify development opportunities for associates.
• Maintain associate records and use manufacturing software for production tracking.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and inventory accuracy; monitor cycle times and downtime.
• Interact with other departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare for performance appraisals and handle other duties as assigned.
