Job summary

Sunrun Lead Installer joins a solar installation crew to deliver residential installations safely and efficiently. You will guide and coordinate fellow installers daily while maintaining quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities include loading and assembling modules, racking, and electrical components, ensuring a clean job site, and occasionally assisting with battery installations. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a driving background check.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock to stock crew truck.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment and tools.
• Lead crew through safe, efficient installations.
• Provide leadership and support to crew members.
• Assist with solar battery installations when needed.
