Job summary

Sunrun Installation Services Inc. is seeking a Lead Installer to contribute to residential solar projects. You will work with a crew to assemble modules, mounts, and electrical components, guiding teammates daily and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Starting pay ranges from $26.40 to $35.21 per hour, with opportunities for incentives through The League program and career growth within Sunrun. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous solar installation experience preferred.
• Able to pass driving background check and maintain clean driving record.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked.
• Layout and install solar modules and mounting hardware per plan.
• Seal roofing and install electrical equipment safely.
• Lead and coordinate crew during installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and help with training as needed.
• Assist with solar battery installations when assigned.
• May serve as acting Foreperson in their absence.
