Job summary

Complete Solar seeks a Solar Crew Lead to supervise a 2-4 person installation crew and coordinate residential solar projects. You will ensure safe practices, maintain quality, and meet deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on PV system work, OSHA awareness, and the ability to explain the project to customers. Local travel to homes is expected, with occasional weekend or evening work when workload requires.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with residential or commercial solar installation.
Experience as a lead and with AC wiring is preferred.
Familiar with PV systems and varied install locations.
Prior site construction experience and OSHA safety practices.
Valid driver’s license required.
Able to lift, climb, balance, stoop and kneel.
Must be comfortable working at heights; OSHA compliant.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 installers daily.
Maintain heightened awareness of safety risks and implement ORM procedures.
Ensure quick and efficient installation while providing excellent customer service.
Explain the work and system to be installed to customers.
Coordinate with fleet management as needed.
Keep job sites clean and presentable during and after installation.
Motivate and support install crew and resolve concerns.
