Ideal candidates have solar installation experience, comfort with heights, and a strong commitment to safety. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work 40+ hours weekly are required.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle mechanical layout and structural mounting of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under electrician guidance.
