• Solar industry experience required.

• Very organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Fast typing and data entry skills.
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crew inspections and service calls across CT to MA area.
• Track project follow-up and deadlines.
• Review projects for potential change order needs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Perform general office duties including typing, record maintenance, and documentation creation.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned.
• Handle permitting.
