Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in electrical assembly or integration in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and BOMs accurately.
• Experience with DC/AC wiring and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical assembly and integration of Solar Skid products.
• Provide daily technical direction to assembly operators.
• Coordinate wiring, tests, and inspections per drawings and work instructions.
• Train staff on wiring, installation, and inspection methods.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to address issues and implement improvements.
