Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer (PMPC Software Test) to join the Air Proprietary Mission Systems team in Berkeley, MO. This role focuses on software test plans and strategies for PMP tests across multiple security levels, including supplier-developed software.

You will coordinate with Mission Systems and other test organizations, mentor others, and ensure compliance with standards while working onsite in Berkeley, MO. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (or eligible).
• U.S. Citizenship required for Special Program Access.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years programming with Go, Java, C/C++, Rust or Python.
• 5+ years hardware/software integration, emulation or testing.
• 3+ years leading software teams or projects.
• 3+ years SDLC experience (Requirements through Test).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMP software test plan and vision with engineers and architects.
• Own PMP software verification plans, test procedures and environments.
• Determine testing strategy including models, emulation, and hardware.
• Ensure software teams document and execute appropriate testing.
• Coordinate across Mission Systems teams and related labs.
• Train and mentor others; work with minimal direction.
