Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years leading a software development project or team.
• 3+ years leading automated test system development projects.
• 5+ years full life‑cycle software development, modeling, simulation, testing, or analysis using C, C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada, or Linux.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large‑scale automated testing solutions for Mission Systems software.
• Lead a team of verification engineers designing automated test and verification software.
• Ensure test products verify functionality, performance, and safety with traceability to design, code and test artifacts.
• Translate system requirements into software verification models and tests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing with program objectives and timely delivery.
