Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• US citizenship required for access to special programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years programming experience in Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python.
• 5+ years hardware/software integration and testing experience.
• 3+ years leading software teams.
• 3+ years in the Software Development Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the PMP software test plan and vision.
• Own PMP software verification plans, test procedures and environments.
• Determine testing strategy including models, emulation, simulation, dev kits, and hardware.
• Ensure software teams develop, document, and execute software level testing.
• Ensure compliance and policy enforcement for processes and standards.
• Plan and document software R&D projects.
• Coordinate across Mission Systems teams and labs.
• Train and mentor others.
• Work under minimal direction.
