The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in software engineering, 3+ years mentoring teams, deep Java/JVM expertise, and proven success in Agile environments. A Bachelor's or Master's in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive industry experience.
• 3+ years directly managing and mentoring software teams.
• Deep background in scalable, highly available platform development (Java/JVM).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform (IaC).
• Proven track record in end-to-end service ownership and automation.
• Strong Agile/Scrum foundation.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering with required years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical architecture discussions and planning.
• Foresee and resolve systemic issues.
• Advocate for technical excellence and high-quality practices.
• Coordinate across teams, plan and review work.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in hiring and interviews.
